Holy War

God, when war was rising, You cracked the sky and at Your command, a legion of angels was sent to prepare for battle. When I was low and in trouble, my faith didn’t grow through resolve, but by Your presence alone. You entered the pit and became my company. Suddenly, I had a capacity to endure, a peace as smooth as oil. You sustained a troubled soul with more trials—another spark invoked to create pressure—to increase strength and to form a visionary. As I read the Word, it was like looking through a telescope. I found hope, a strong sense of breakthrough.
