God,
free me from the iniquity
that has held me captive,
and propel my desires
into righteousness.
In Jesus Name.
Amen

Seduction is beyond temptation,
It's the act of being seduced.
Reduced to a slave of sin.
Without strength from within,
You're prey to the hunter,
who is waiting to pounce
to take you down to the ground.
But, there is treasure to be found
where hope abounds - Scripture -
a place where you will find
forgiveness without measure.
It came at a price -
Too heavy to be weighed.
Too painful to be described or
portrayed. If you knew the truth;
what love is and what it meant -
would you remain on the fence?
Or would you come to the throne
of grace?
Come home son…
Come home daughter…
Come Home.
Verse of the poem:
Hebrews 12
4: In your struggle against
sin, you have not yet resisted
to the point of shedding your
blood. 5: And have you
completely forgotten this
word of encouragement that
addresses you as a father
addresses his son? It says,
“My son, do not make light
of the Lord’s discipline, and
do not lose heart when he
rebukes you, 6: because the
Lord disciplines the one he
loves, and he chastens
everyone he accepts as
his son.”
Psalms 18
30: As for God, his way
is perfect: The Lord’s word
is flawless; he shields all who
take refuge in him.
Psalms 33
20: We wait for the Lord.
He is our help and our
shield. 21: In him our hearts
find joy. In his holy name
we trust. 22: Let your mercy
rest on us, O Lord, since we
wait with hope for you.
