Every day i'm climbing the same

mountain. Lord, allow me to rec-

ognise your never-ending mercy

which endures like a fountain.

I long to be sustained in righteous-

ness. But by far, I always miss the

mark. It's like a task I can never

accomplish.

When You said it was finished

on the Cross, in repetenance; our

sins were extinguished...And thus,

we entered a new beginning.

Don't allow us to be defined by

our flaws nor conditioned by

our inhibitions. Refine us each

day; so we can reflect Christ in

everything we do.

Verse of the poem:

Psalms 121

1: "I look up toward the mountains. Where can I find help?

2: My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

3: He will not let you fall. Your guardian will not fall asleep.

4: Indeed, the Guardian of Israel never rests or sleeps.

5: The Lord is your guardian. The Lord is the shade over your right hand.

6: The sun will not beat down on you during the day, nor will the moon at

night.

7: The Lord guards you from every evil. He guards your life.

8: The Lord guards you as you come and go, now and forever."

If you neglect truth,

you become tethered

to an inferior concept,

with effort to find reason

to validate your intellect.

You project your mind on

others to find affirmation

but you remain confined

behind a supposition,

entering through the gate

of fiction; leading to

increasing confusion and

delusion, until you become

entangled by obscurity

and contaminated by

Impurity. You no longer see

clearly. Your mind can't

discern or learn to escape

until you abandon the path

of independent reasoning.

Never run from anxiety,

It will wait for you at the

door...ready for another

opportunity to bring you

to the floor. You need to

face it until your time

comes to soar and fly

through the storm. I know

it's easy to hide behind a

facade, but that won't lead

you beyond the stars

where you belong.
